Career Development Resource Kit (First created 2009/2010 school year, updates are ongoing yearly)

This WIKI is intended as a resource to promote and support career development activities and strategies. While the WIKI is designed primarily for teachers and counselors, students and their parents may find some of the information, resources, and activities helpful.

This grant-funded project supported the WIRED* Initiative. Twelve counties in South Central and Southwest Wisconsin were served through the WIRED Initiative. Of these, forty-two high schools in Columbia, Dane, Green, Jefferson, Marquette, Rock, and Sauk Counties have access to this Resource Kit. Grant funds were provided through the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. (WBDSCW). *Workforce Innovations in Regional Economic Development.

The Career Development Resource Kit WIKI was designed and created by Pamela Hilleshiem-Setz, Ph.D., and Cindy Vaughn, M.S. Both Pam & Cindy are nationally certified Global Career Development Facilitators, WI licensed Career & Technical Education teachers, and Local Vocational Education Coordinators (LVEC, also known in Wisconsin as a Career & Technical Education Coordinator-CTEC).
